EXCELLENCE IN SOUND DESIGN
SIGMA TRANSDUCERS, INC. opened its doors in March 1988
with three people, a handful of customers, and a very large goal: To work with
every customer directly, to ensure they recieve an Ultrasonic Transducer of
the highest quality, at a fair price, that fits their needs.
SIGMA specializes in the manufacture of Focused Dual Angle Beam Transducers
and currently has over 1000 "STANDARD" designs in use in the field.
SIGMA also manufactures a full line of ultrasonic tranducers and cables, both
standard units, and custom units designed specifically for complex geometries
that may require shaped elements and/or compound radii.
Each transducer manufactured by Sigma is certified using Sonix ProbeTESTô.
Therefore, a permanent record is maintained at SIGMA to verify comparison
with probes manufactured at a later time. This ensures consistent
reproduction of identical units. This data is supplied to the customer at NO
ADDITIONAL COST.
Over the years our employee number has grown, and now with over two hundred
companies using Sigma transducers in the United States and around the world,
our goal remains the same.
